You can make your orders via phone every day from 10.a.m until 8.p.m. The details of delivery will be discussed when ordering, you can pay by cash on delivery or by a personal meeting within Budapest.

Ordering

If you would like to order, you can do this by sending us a fax or e-mail (send us an e-mail or fill out the mailing field, which you find under the "contact" menu)

Please make sure, that your order includes the article number, the quantity, size and color, as well as the invoice and delivery address and your contact details.

Shipping and payment terms

Unless otherwise agreed we will deliver to the stated delivery address. Delivery dates and times are only compulsory, if this was explicitly agreed in advance. The delivery can be also done sooner or later on request. Should the delivery date differ more than 5 working days from the expected calender date, the customer will be informed. Shipments abroad may take longer according to the distance.

The goods can be paid by cash on delivery or paypal.

Right of Retrun (ROR)

After the purchase you have the right of return within 8 working days, which you may claim towards our internet shop if you meet the following conditions:

If the bought product (and its accessoires) are free of scratches or any other damages and come back to us with the complete packaging, we will pay back the equivalent value within 8 working days after the arrival of the product.

The repayment refers only to the price of the purchased product, therefore shipping costs can not be refunded.
In this case the customer bears also all costs of returning the goods. When taking over the package, please make sure at any rate, that the delivery has not occurred any damage.
If any damage occurred, you have the possibility to compile minutes by the courir, which can prove, that the damage occurred before the handing over of the product. In this case if required, the product will be replaced within a few days.

In the Governmental Regulation 17/1999. you can find detailed information regarding the exertion of the Right of Return.
